What this program IS
My aim with this program is to make you as fast as lightning with 5 simple exercises. Most trainers make things complicated. I'm boiling things down to the absolutely essential.
What this program is NOT
This program is not about running mechanics or technique. You can learn that somewhere else.
There is no stupid cone or ladder drills that don't do anything in this program. Save that for soccer practice.
This program does not cover footwork or takeoff.
